Privacy

This covers everythingis9.xyz (including its apps at /apps) and the apps at jurisnode.xyz, contextcore.xyz, phantam.xyz and sovai.xyz, run by Everything Is 9 (Jordan Pol, a business of Empire Core Consulting LLC). We collect as little as we can, we don't sell your information, and we tell you here exactly what we keep.

Your account and tokens

• We keep your email address, your token balance, a list of your token changes (what each was for and when) and, for SovAI, when your day pass ends.
• Sign-in codes and sign-ins are stored scrambled (hashed). A code stops working after 10 minutes and is deleted once it's used. A sign-in lasts up to 90 days unless you sign out.
• Your email is used to sign you in. We don't send you marketing from the apps.

When you buy tokens

Stripe handles the payment. We receive whether it was paid, the pack, your email and which account it's for. We never receive your card number. Stripe's own privacy policy covers what you give Stripe.

What you put into the AI tools

Text you put into JurisNode or ContextCore is sent to Anthropic's Claude to write your answer. We don't keep it. To share the free allowance fairly we count runs per visitor per day, using a scrambled key made from the day and your connection. It isn't your IP address, and it's thrown away within two days.

Phantom

Your notes, files and passphrase stay in your browser and are never sent to us. When tokens are on, locking a picture only sends your sign-in so we can take the token.

Forms and the assistant on everythingis9.xyz

• When you send a build plan, a website audit request, a preview request or a message, what you type (for example your name, email, phone, business, website and message) is saved and emailed to Jordan.
• If you ask for a plan or an audit, our AI assistant may email you up to three times. Every email has an unsubscribe link. If you reply, the assistant and Jordan read your replies.
• If you use the voice assistant, what you say is sent to the AI as text so it can answer. Contact details you give it are saved so Jordan can follow up.
• For a website audit we visit the public website you give us.

Your browser

The apps keep your sign-in in your browser's storage, plus, only while you're buying tokens, what you'd typed (in that tab only, so it's still there when you come back). The everythingis9.xyz home page remembers your visits and choices (like sound) in your browser too; the “Make it forget me” button at the bottom of that page clears it. We don't use tracking cookies of our own.

Ads

Some everythingis9.xyz pages load Google's ad service (AdSense). Google and its partners use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can turn off personalized ads in Google's Ad Settings. The app pages and the four app sites don't load it.

Companies that process data for us

Cloudflare hosts everythingis9.xyz and stores the accounts. Vercel hosts jurisnode.xyz, contextcore.xyz, phantam.xyz and sovai.xyz. Anthropic runs the AI. Stripe takes payments. Resend sends sign-in codes and the assistant's emails. Google serves the ads described above. Each only gets what it needs to do that job.

How long we keep it, and your choices

We keep your account until you ask us to delete it, and form details until you ask us to delete them. Email Jordan@everythingis9.xyz from the address you use with us, and we'll send you a copy of what we hold, fix it, or delete it. Before we delete an account, unused paid tokens can be refunded as the refund policy describes.

Children

The sites aren't meant for children under 13, and accounts are for people 18 and older.
