Refunds
Tokens for JurisNode, ContextCore, Phantom and SovAI, bought on any of our sites. The short version: a run that fails costs nothing, and unused tokens you paid for can be refunded within 30 days.
Failed runs
If an AI run fails (no answer, or an answer that was cut off), its token comes back to you automatically. You don't need to ask.
Unused tokens
Within 30 days of buying a pack, email Jordan@everythingis9.xyz from the address on your account and we'll refund the tokens from that pack you haven't used, at the price you paid per token, to your original payment method.
What counts as used
An AI run that gave you an answer, a Phantom lock that made your picture, and a SovAI day pass once it's opened. Free tokens have no cash value and aren't refunded.
Charged by mistake
If you were charged twice, or paid and didn't get your tokens, email us and we'll fix it or refund it. Please write to us before disputing a charge with your bank: it's usually faster.
If we close the apps
If we ever close the token apps for good, we'll refund the unused tokens you paid for.
How long a refund takes
Refunds go back through Stripe to the card you paid with. Your bank decides how fast it shows up, often 5 to 10 business days.
