Terms of use

These terms cover everythingis9.xyz (including its apps at /apps) and the apps at jurisnode.xyz, contextcore.xyz, phantam.xyz and sovai.xyz. Everything Is 9 is a Las Vegas studio run by Jordan Pol, a business of Empire Core Consulting LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the sites or the apps, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You sign in with your email address and a 6-digit code we email you. There's no password. One account per person, please. You need to be 18 or older to make an account. Keep access to your email: anyone who can read it can sign in as you. A sign-in lasts up to 90 days on that browser unless you sign out.

Tokens

• One token is one AI run on JurisNode or ContextCore (on their own sites or at everythingis9.xyz/apps), one Phantom lock, or 24 hours of the SovAI board. Opening a Phantom picture is always free.
• A new account gets one free token. Free tokens are one per person: we may remove free tokens collected with extra accounts.
• You can buy tokens in packs. The price of each pack is shown before you pay. We may change pack prices for future purchases; tokens you already have keep working.
• Tokens don't expire. They have no cash value and can't be transferred to another account or resold.
• If an AI run fails (no answer, or an answer that was cut off), its token comes back to you automatically.

Payments and refunds

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. See the refund policy for how refunds work.

What the apps are, and what they aren't

• AI answers can be wrong. JurisNode and ContextCore answers are written by an AI model (Claude, made by Anthropic). Check anything important before you rely on it. You're responsible for how you use what the apps give you.
• JurisNode gives legal information, not legal advice. Using it doesn't make anyone your lawyer. Laws differ by place and change over time; talk to a licensed attorney before you act on anything that matters.
• SovAI shows market and sports-price information, not financial, investment or betting advice. Past results don't predict future ones. Follow the laws where you live, and if you bet at all, only bet what you can afford to lose.
• Phantom encrypts in your browser. Your notes and passphrase never reach us, so we can't recover a lost passphrase or a picture you've lost. Keep your passphrase somewhere safe.

Fair use

Don't use the sites or apps to break the law or to harm anyone. Don't try to get around tokens, limits or sign-in, overload the service, or call the AI with scripts or bots. Only put in content you have the right to use. We may suspend an account that does these things. If we suspend an account that wasn't used for fraud, we'll refund its unused paid tokens.

If things change

The sites and apps are provided “as is”. Features can change or pause (for example, if our AI provider has an outage). If we ever close the token apps for good, we'll refund the unused tokens you paid for.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for tokens in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Using the sites after a change means you accept the new terms.
